How far back is historical data available?

I attempted to download 6/24/13 data for the CL 7/13 contract, but NT said 'There is no L1 data available..."

Unfortunately there is no market replay data available for the CL 07-13 as per this date. There is data available for the CL 08-13.

Ive been color codign charts and shifting the contract symbol,and I get a pop up and the chart starts with a Gap in printing bars.Big problem

What is the message in the popup?

Does this chart load with a gap without any indicators or strategies applied?

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What instrument have you selected?

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
