Issues with CT contract on Kinetick

I can't seem to get any data past 6/29 for the Cotton [CT] Oct contract. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your post.

Since this is an ICE symbol which Kinetick doesn't offically support, I was suprised to see data through the EOD feed however it appears that an error in the OHLC data for the last few days is causing NinjaTrader to filter bars.

For example:
O: 85.17
H: 86.25
L: 85.17
Cl: 86.92

In this example, close price is higher than the High reported for the bar - due to this, NinjaTrader filters the data from the chart. You can edit the bar values to overcome this issue. Editing would take place within the Historical Data Manager's Edit tab.
