Target machine actively refuses connection?

I just started seeing this little jewel:

This is happening via the Kinetick and the IQFeed adapter.

Also...

I'm seeing a ton of disconnections today (Saturday) on IQFeed and Kinetick. So maybe that's related...

So this happened about 45 minutes ago (it's in EDT).

Also in EDT- just happened.

I'm using two different Kinetick accounts on these systems. So this proves that it is unrelated to client connectivity.

Hello molecool,

After market hours many servers undergo maintenance Friday evening and Saturday when the Market is closed which can cause you to not be able to login or connection issues. You may try again at a later time to see if you can login or have better luck with the connection.

Let us know on Sunday if you are still experiencing this.
