connected to kinetick EOD data but market data not displayed

Hi everybody:

I have established a connection to kinetick EOD data and selected an instrument but I can't see any market data displayed in the control center
What can I do?

Hello xavierg,

That would be expected as the Kinetick - End of Day (Free) connection provides access to historical daily data only, allowing you to access Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly data for free. Inside the Market Analyzer the Ask/Bid/Last would require intraday data to drive it. For any other historical data or Live data you would need to subscribe to the Basic Service and potentially one or more additional packages.

If you would like Live or Intraday data you can visit the Kinetick website to sign up for live data starting at $50 per month. www.Kinetick.com

Alternatively, you may use another supported data provider that has intraday data.
