License renewal

I have ninjatrader with mirus on zenfire. My subsription ran out because I canceled the credit card it was orginally under. I went on the Ninjatrader site and purchase another subscription. The only email i have is the reciept from paypal. I need to get it back up and running but I cant. No other emails with liscence numbers or anything are being sent.

Once our billing department receives notification of your purchase, they will generate you a live license key and send that to you privately. If you send your Pay Pal receipt information to sales(at)ninjatrader[dot]com, I will be able to personally email your license key to you.

Ok, Thanks. I just sent it over.

Sara from support emailed me back and gave me the same license number i had before. but when I restart ninjatrader it still tells me that I am in simulation mode.
