QM not loading

IB gives error message:
Error in requestiing historical data from IB: No security definition has been found for the request (20)

Have tryed re-establishing in instrument manager. Have also tryed changing market from NyMex to Globx... all to no avail.

Please advise.

QM 30 min

Intra day 30min bars...

QG loads ZB loads, YG loads, ZN loads, YM loads, ES loads, ER2 loads, etc etc

QM gives the error message.

What's up with it?

NT6.5: Please try Tools->Options->Misc->Reset instruments.

Turns out the month was wrong... thought it was on March, but was April.
