Connection terminated by host system

Just upgraded to NT 5.0.1000.6.

When i try to connect to PatSystems(spike) i get message:

Login failed: Connection terminated by host system.

I have checked and double checked user name and password.

Any suggestions?

Hey Vince,

I'm getting thru the License Verification OK. I'm getting the message only after i try to connect to PatSystems.

As a last resort i will just uninstall and go back to version 5.0.1000.5.

Hi Denise,

i 'rolled' NTback to the previous releaseand sure enough had to delete the ninjatrader.mdb before NT would load. I re-entered all of my strategies and am back where i started before upgrade attempt.I trust there will be a fixed version prior to start of the new year and achance to get used to the new dynamic SuperDOM beforegoing live.

Yes, you will likeley be able to just re-install R6 tomorrow morning and connect to Spike. Thanks for your patience with us on this. Please check with [email protected] tomorrow if you can re-install R6.
