Problem when Downloading latest Version

Hello

I'm on ZenFire and I just got the message from Ninja that I need to install the latest version but when I tried, a small window pops up saying "Failed to download NinjaTrader".

I've been downloading new Ninja versions for years so I'm very familiar with the process but in this case I really don't know what to do.

I even uninstalled Ninja but this doesn't change anything.

Please advise.

The exact same problem just happened again while trying to download V.15.
Please provide me with a download link, like you did last time with V.14
The issue seems to be recurring, any idea why?

I am not sure why it fails again for you. Do you notice any consistencies with the previous occurrence? Were there any changes on your computer or internet connection setup ever since the error started to occur?
