Problem connecting to Open Tick this morning

I can connect fine to Gain but when I've tried to connect to Open Tick I get an error message:
Login failed: The connection bas been broken (2004)

I have removed my Account Connection settings to Open Tick and then added them again but this hasn't solved the problem.

I need help please

This error normally means that OpenTick is facing some type of server issue. Please try to connect shortly and see if the error is still present.

They're working on it right now 09:42 EST and are confident it will be up and running "shortly"
