Thank you for your post.

I suspect that an optional Windows update is preventing NinjaTrader from starting.

To resolve this, you will need to uninstall update KB2836988 from the Windows Control Panel.

So I am having again same problem. I cant start my NINJA, but this time I don't even have any trace or log file. ... and yes I uninstall and re-install it.

Where could be the problem?
