interactive brokers and trin

Hello ninja trader team,
I use three brokers for data. The first one that I connect to is cqg then yahoo and finally interactive brokers. When I pull up a chart of The trin the chart loads with new data for the day but after that it does not do anyhting .. what I am saying is the price is not updated real time but when I press reload data it gets updated. How can I fix this issue so that I constantly get real time data

Hello,

Do you see an error message in your Log tab that is similar to this:
CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: DJTIC is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading.

If so, this means you are not enabled for the realtime quotes. Please contact your broker for more information.
