6.5 beta only????

Hi, I am being told by my broker that I must use 6.5 with zenfire to trade with them. However I see that 6.5 is still in beta. Is that correct? Should I really be live trading with a beta product (I don't like the idea)? When will 6.5 be general release?

Mind if I ask which brokerage you are with? NT6.5 is near the final stages of the beta.

I'm with Mirus. I was having some difficulties and the tech there told me I needed to be on 6.5. It did in fact cure the problem but I wonder what other things I may introduce with a beta version. Having said that, you say it is nearing release so I guess most of the serious bugs have been ironed out by now.

It's still in beta and you would need to use it with caution on your live trading.
