CQG/AMP Connection

I am getting the following error message for the first time in attempting to connect to a LIVE AMP CQG connection:
"There only can be one CQG adapter running at any time"

If I try to enter the any of the selections on the Account Connection Set Up screen none of them will function.

Incidently, I did upgrade to Version .14 but when I reference the ABOUT screen I am still showing Version 12 as active ??

Please follow the steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader, you will not lose any settings with these steps:

Close all running applications.

Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs.

From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 7 and click Remove.

Reboot your machine.

Once these steps are completed, download NT7 from the link below, you will need to enter in your license key to get to the downloads page:
