    A workspace has disappeared

    I had a workspace I used to work with.
    Yesterday, I made a few changes in the workspace and clicked the "Save Workspace" buttun (thinking the new changes would be saved).

    When I tried to close Ninja trader, it asked me whether I would like to save all workspaces. I clicked YES again (NT hasn't closed), so I clicked the exit button again.
    NT asked me AGAIN whether I would like to save all workspaces (I clicked NO in order to just quit the program).

    When opening NT this morning I found out that not only my changes weren't saved but the entire workspace disappeared and I could not find it in the workspaces list.

    Please assist. Is there a way to recover my worksapce or do I need to create one all over again from scratch

    I use NT 7.0.1000.10

    Hello rmaron,

    Can you please go to Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->Open Workspace and check if you see the workspace listed there.

    If not listed there, you can restore your workspace if you have a backup file that contains your workspace. Please go to Control Center-->File-->Utilities-->Restore to restore any backup files you may have.

    If not, unfortunately you will need to rebuild the workspace.

      1. Unfortunately, the workspace is not listed in the available workspaces list (not even when I go to File->workspaces->"Open Workspace" option)
      2. Unfortunately, I don't have any backup files.

      I just can't understand how my entire workspace got disappereared.

        Do you see the workspace file at:

        C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->workspaces

        If not, do you perhaps have a Windows system restore point you can use to restore the workspace?

            Unfortunately it seems the file has been deleted somehow. Do you see it in your Recycle bin?If not, please perform a system restore, if possible, to bring back the workspace.
