Please clarify:
If using the dynamic DOM, is it true that ANY order placed from that DOM will be free of TT fees? Or put another way, does the DOM have to be in the HELD position to make the entry free from fees?
And the above would be true if trading from a live account of from the Sim account...is that correct?
