Last candle is drawn regardless of the time interval

Hello,

I am using NT with Kinetick live data feed (as recommended).

But my Last candle is drawn regardles of the time interval.
It means: I am using ES 1M chart for my trades but my last candle is drawn for example 5 minutes, 10 minutes...until I change my Instrument for another and then I switch it back (the chart reloads, probably). Then the chart shows all the missing candles but the last one is having the same problem again. F5 as reload does not help.
The price changes properly, but the chart does not continue...it only draws one candle.

Any clues?

OK, thank you for your response in e-mail, I am going to solve this with the data provider.
