OpenTick Globex Level 1 Data Feed

Does anyone know why OpenTick data is not reflected in the
NinjaTrader Control Center?

(I'm subscribed to the OpenTick Globex Level 1 data feed.)

Please be specific: what do you mean by "not reflected in the control center".

Right, since OT does not support instrument mappings for the QM. Please contact OT support for further details.

Until last Friday, I had been receiving QM (mini-Crude Oil) data from OpenTick for the last six months!

Apparently you have access to instrument mapping information which we don't have. I suggest contacting OT for correct instrument mappings and reapplying them at Tools->Instruments.
