no Sim101 data

If ninjatrader is running, but I am not connected to my brokerage firm (data source), I do not see data in the superdom. I expect not to see it in my trading account. But I do not see it in Sim101 either.

I actually have a kinetec account which was configured in a prior service call to work through iqfeed.

I am unsure if my not seeing data in Sim101 even thought ninja says iq isconnected means that it really is not.

What should be seeing in superdom when iqfeed/ kinetec is connected?

Hello mcteague,

Could it be you are not subscribed to Level 2 data with Kinetick/IQFeed? If not, it is as expected that you do not receive data in the SuperDOM while connected.
