Missing data

Using IB for data

The data in my charts is missing, and appears to start from scratch each time I start NT.

Please see attached.

I'm using the latest version on NT. 64b 7.0.1000.13

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.

Created new chart with no indicators, 24/7 still same issue

Hello,
The reason your Renko chart is not back filling the historical data is due to Interactive Brokers not supporting Historical Tick Data.
Renko bars are built off of tick data.

This is noted in the following section.

To receive Historical Tick data, you can supplement your current IB connection with a connection to Kinetick.

Kinetick supplies at least 120 days of historical tick data, two years of minute data, and ten years of daily data, much more for popular instruments.
