login failed with both zen-fire and kinetick

Hi everybody:

I have a supposedly active zen-fire demo account but actually I'm unable to connect both zen-fire and kinetick. In the first case I get an 'unable to login(13): permission error' whereas in the second I have 'login failed. unable to read IP addresses'.
On the other hand I can easily connect yahoo, among others.
I wonder if the culprit is my internet connection or my NinjaTrader config files, etc.
Meanwhile I have disabled both firewall and antivirus with no results.
Maybe you could check whether my name and password are valid.

You will find your configuration file in the following directory:

• (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

I had the same problem and the same error Message.
Now. Since 5 min i have connection again. I think something was wrong on the zenfire line.
