Oil Chart Not Loading Correctly

Hello,

Please see the attached chart. Notice how no 6/7 historical data is shown. Not only that, it looks like 6/6 is not displayed despite my loading 3 days of data. Please advise.
This is CL 07-13.

GC, TF, ES also. log says unable to connect to NT data server because the target machine refused it.

I've checked our servers and this data is there. Can you please clarify who you connect to?

Are you able to right click on the chart and select 'reload all historical data'? If not, or if this option is greyed out, can you please restart NT and try again?

I connect to CQG and I tried "reload historical data" and restarting Ninja - very weird. I open this chart every day and have not seen this problem. What else?
