NT disregards stop loss setting

Hi, there!

I have set a simple ATM strategy with 1 stop loss and 2 profit targets. In this case, the SL was set to 16 ticks, but when my entry was triggered, NT placed the SL 40 ticks away (screenshots attached). I find this issue rather disturbing as I use ATM strategies to set and forget my trades, but this is making me feel distrustful of NT to set my SL and PTs. Any idea of what may be causing this?

Could you send me your log, trace, and database files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support. Be sure to check the "Database" file option at the bottom.
