CL: Unknown Instrument

Hi There,

Everytime I try to load crude it says "Error on loading chart data for 'CL 07-12 Nymex': Unable to load historical data: unknown instrument"

I did select for July 2013 and have no idea why "12" is popping up. Could you please help?

Which data provider do you use with NinjaTrader? Kinetick, and I'm subscribed to Nymex real time.

Which interval of chart is being requested here? 4 range all the way up to daily

How many days of data are requested in the chart? from 3 days to 365 days

64-bit 7.0.1000.9

I just downloaded the most recent version because I was having the same difficulty with my last data feed and just thought it was because I did not have real time.
