How to set parameter values in indicators?

I have some commercial indicators, where the company no longer exists.

I would like to change some parameters in the indicator so I don't have to set them each time I add the indicator to a chart. Can this be done and if so how?

Thank you for posting.

Yes, you can set default values for the indicators so you do not have to keep changing them each time you add the indicator.

• Right click on the chart and select Indicators...
• Add the indicator you would like to use from the left list
• Enter the parameters you would want to use as a default
• Once done, right click in the parameters section and select 'Set default for Indicator name'

This will set the parameters as the default parameters.
