Market Balance does not work correctly after I installed it.

Hi, I downloaded the free trial of market balance and installed it to ninjatrader.
However, when I opened ninjatrader, no license dialog popup appeared.
And when I chose the indicator from a chart, it appeared like this.

How can I use this indicator? Thanks!

I am not quite familiar with this Indicator. Have you contacted the vendor that you received it from to get instructions on how to use this indicator?

Based off their User Guide at the following link.

You would need to use Intraday data to for their Indicator, it may not work properly with Daily Data.
