trouble loading NKD chart

    trouble loading NKD chart

    NT7 with interactive. i can't get any data into the chart. it also looks like it is loading historical data but the cart still comes up with no data. any suggestions?

    So that I can better advise on the resolution for this issue, please answer the following questions:
    • Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)
    • Which build of Interactive Brokers TWS are you using? (Help > About Trader Workstation)
    • Which bar interval is used in the chart's display?

        Hello JimPunkrockford,

        Thanks for getting back to me.

        Please shut down NinjaTrader and TWS then upgrade to the current 7.0.1000.13 release of NinjaTrader via this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration

        After upgrading, please restart, reconnect and try loading a new NKD 2 minute chart.

            Hi,

            Please open the Instrument Manager (Tools > Instrument Manager) then select NKD from the list on the right and click Edit.

            Next, move to the Edit tab of the Instrument Editor and scroll down to the Symbol Map section. Next to Interactive Brokers, please enter NKD then click OK to exit the Editor. Click OK once more to exit the Instrument Manager then restart NinjaTrader and try the chart once more.

              great data loaded. the price does not seem to match what the TWS window is saying.

                if i open a DOM window the price is right but chat is not updating and the price is off

                  Please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series'. Which Session Template setting is shown on the right side of the menu?

                    Level 2 doesn't even match match the chart ???? And I see trades coming in...
                    * and my new chart of NKD06-13 is dated end date of 06-02-2013

                      That was my default.,. switched to 24x7 and it now matches.

                      The JimPRF probably has the same issues.
