Problem downloading "Z" 06/13 tick data?

I'm experiencing a problem with the Z-06/13 contract historical intraday data download (downloading Z-03/13 was no problem). It seems to have stopped on 9/4/13.

I get the same error message each time I try: "No L1 data exists".

Also, I'm unable to chart intraday data for this instrument, yet daily seems OK?

I'm continuing to experience the same problems with the "Z" contracts - Unable to download intraday/historical data, yet EOD is fine.

I sent an email to support as previously requested, but still no change.

Please advise the status of this problem.
