can't right click on some charts

sometimes i cant right click on some charts--other charts can---- right click and nothing happens

Hello asiaexpat,

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

If you go to the taskbar is there any other windows opened like the Properties dialog box, or Data Series window open?

Could you also post a screen shot as well?

i have a few charts open now... 2 of the charts--when i put my mouse over chart and right click--nothing happens-- i can do other stuff on those charts but not right mouse click--another chart open i can right click ok--so theres nothing to screenprint--no error message

if i close the chart and add again the right click works--its not abig problem--it happened in the past as well--just have to close it add it again

Hello asiaexpat,

I do see that you are using an older version of NinjaTrader. You may want to upgrade NinjaTrader by:

* Copying/write down your License Key by going to Control Center -> Help -> License Key
* Then go to the Control Center -> Help -> Download Site
* Shutdown NinjaTrader
* Enter your license key under Current Users
* Press Download NinjaTrader
* Click on the NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.13 (Current) to download
* Run the Setup.exe

Since this is an upgrade none of your settings/files will be changed.

After the upgrades let me know if this still happens and if there is a way to reproduce this.
