Backtesting Freezes on certai symbols?

I am doing backtesting and optimization. In the middle of backtesting it seems NT crashes. The last thing I see on the Control Center bottom says Loading data (and it shows trying to get data for a particular symbol). It constantly happens lately and I don't know why. If I put 100 symbols, it seems to be stuck on differnet ones, and it just sits there for hours/days etc.

It used to work last week. I erased all the data in the NT data folder, and reloaded it, and it still occurs. What could make NT hang while loading data?

Hello whirl,

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Also, what interval is selected? Example: 1 minute, 4 Renko, 1 Day.

Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Sorry forget to mention. I'm connected to Esignal. It used to work, but now I get a log of hanging.
I don't get any noticeable error messages in regards to this. It goes thru maybe 10 symbols, and then each time hangs on a different one.

Could you send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.
