Download data problem

Hi, I have the latest version of NinjaTrader with CQG as the date fedd
There are two / three days I have problems with the download data
I can no longer load tick chart, only minute chart
yesterday the problem was with all futures except 6E. Today 6E also fails to load tick chart but only minute
I tried to repair the database or delete the cache folder but the problem is not eliminated

I am able to load historical tick data for the 6E 06-13 with CQG when I test it on my end.

Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email and send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, Download data problem' in the subject header.

Unfortunately, my problem has not been solved.
it happened all of a sudden, up to three days ago everything was fine, I tried to reinstall it all over again but nothing.
I tried to open a chart of 6E, but it remains empty I can not download any historical data in any time frame of any futures.
