unable to connect (13) permission error

Hi all

I have a zen-fire demo accout which should be active yet, but when trying a connection I get "unable to connect (13) permission error".
Aside that I'm able to connect to yahoo without issues.
I'm working on a Windows xp sp3 machine connected to internet via cable modem.
I have disabled the firewall that comes with Windows, and an antivirus,
I have checked my credentials for errors,
I have my system clock synchronized.
But I still get the error.

I'll appreciate any help for the issue.

Thanks for your post.

There are a couple items which can result in the Login failed: Unable to login (13): permission error message.


First please complete the steps below since you have already synced your PC clock.



* Exit NinjaTrader and restart your modem/router.
* Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset
* Ensure you have all Microsoft Windows updates installed. Once installation of completed restart Windows and check for updates again until it says there are none


Once complete restart NinjaTrader and attempt to connect.
