There is no real difference. Both are supported broker partners. The featured ones are just listed on top.

Please see the current supported forex brokers below.

- FXCM
- MB Trading
- Interactive Brokers
- GAIN Capital/FOREX.com

perhaps it would be more useful to get rid of the featured bit and put that list of FX brokers instead, on that page
