Import of the ETF tickers / symbols + settings in Ninjatrader.

Kindly I request you to inform me about the possibilities to import the EFT tickers / symbols into Ninjatrader including the correct settings.
Especially I am looking for the correct Ninjatrader-settings re. the leveraged ETF's.

Your help is appreciated in advance.

Thanks for writing in.

It is possible to add ETFs into NinjaTrader by importing a list. Please see the Importing a List of Stock Symbols section of our help guide.

Additionally, equities can be added by just opening a chart (for example) and start typing in the symbol and a new instrument is automatically created.

To manually create the instrument:

From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Instrument Manager
Press the "New" button
Enter in instrument specific information and select the appropriate exchange (add Default exchange for equities in addition to the actual exchange)
Fill in any relevant information under the "Misc" tab such as symbol mapping for your target connectivity provider
Press the "OK" button
