NT Not responding on Starup

Hi,

When I start NT it is not responding. I made the process couple of time with no success.

I opend the Trace file and saw that it failed on this line:

2013-05-29 09:09:55:384 Restoring workspace 'Untitled1'...

Can I delete the workspace so I'll be able to start NT?

Hello Roy,

Can you please proceed as follows. Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down and navigate to the folder below.

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->workspaces

Delete the _workspaces.xml file. This will not delete your workspaces, but ensures no workspaces will be opened on startup.

Check if you can start NinjaTrader successfully. You can open your workspaces at Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->Open Workspace.

Hi Jason,

I thought the problem was solved. But then I tried to open again the Strategy Analyzer and NT is Not Responding.
In the trace file last 3 lines are:

2013-06-03 12:29:33:386 Menu item created
2013-06-03 12:29:34:099 Opened workspace 'C:\Users\roy\Documents\NinjaTrader 7\workspaces\Untitled1.xml'
2013-06-03 12:29:34:598 Switched workspace 'C:\Users\roy\Documents\NinjaTrader 7\workspaces\Untitled1.xml'

Please advise.

Hello Roy,

Can you please send me the complete log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, NT Not responding on Starup' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
