Connecting to IQFeed

Dear Sir,

I'm having a version of NinjaTrader from AMP Futures which uses COG as datafeed. Is it possible to connect to IQFeed? After creating the connection in the Account Manager, it seems I can't download any data. The Ask, Bid price etc. remain as n/a in the Order Screen.

Yes, it should be possible for you to connect with and load data from IQ Feed with this setup.

Which instrument are you using in the Orders tab of the Control Center window?

It's Crude Oil from NYMEX. The code for COG is CL.

Thanks for clarifying.

Please select CL 07-13 within the Orders tab of the Control Center. Do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' shown in these fields?
