No data in SuperDOM. Also, no tick charts

I'm trying to accomplish 2 goals:
1) Set up market replay for FUTURES market depth data. I've tried opening a couple of SuperDOM windows but they won't populate with data. Oddly, there's no problem with the T&S window.

2) Create historical 1-tick charts for EQUITIES. I'm unable to get historical tick data for common ETFs such as SPY and IWM. However, I am able to get this data for individual equities.

I use IQFeed and their site reads that 120 days of historical tick data is available so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Thank you for your post.

1.) Has Level II data been included with your market replay data downloads? If you're unsure, please download a single date's/instrument's data making sure to include Level I and II data, then try the replay again.

2.) Could you please try a minute based chart and tell me whether data is provided?

Regarding the historical 1-tick equities charts the problem was on the IQFeed side. I won't know if it's fully resolved until I try to upload market data after the close.

Regarding the market depth issue that was a subscription error on my side that should be resolved once IQFeed provisions the data.
