Data Downloading

Dear Sir,

Under Historical Data Manager>Download, if I want to download tick data to create constant range bar chart, what should I select? Is it Tick, Ask, Bid and Last? If I click Download, data will be downloaded from the current selected datafeed, is that correct?

Under Tools>Optons>Data, what's the function of Reset DB and Reset instruments? Is it possible to clear the data stored for an instruments?

Hello Tiffany,

I suggest to select Last. By default, charts use last data to create price bars.

Yes, data will be downloaded from the connected data feed.

Reset database will clear trade history from the database. A repair will re-arrange all database entries.

You can delete historical data at Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab. More information can be found at the link below.
