Rejection message

Can someone from Ninja tell me what the message in the attached image means? My broker says that everything is in order for me to begin trading and that any issues are with Ninja but Im not sure.

When you're using the Static SuperDOM you may be subject to TT credits.

Please send a note to Sales[AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: TT Credits post on forum." in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your license key

In regards to the new error message you are receiving, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Ryan L." in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your latest log and trace file:
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
