tick charts

I use NT fed by eSignal. I have made a comparison between tick charts on cac dax and FTSE futures. Same time template, same tick number, same everything, as far as I can tell.
I have noticed substantial differences between eSignal and NT charts. The data should be the same, so this puzzles me. Any idea?

Also, it looks like the same charts change from one day to the other. I have made some marks on NT tick charts yesterday and I could see that the same charts today show different values. Not big difference, but still quite substantial. I took a trade on a signal based on yesterday chart and today that signal would not have been there at all.
It looks like there is some re-setting of data at certain points of the day?

NinjaTrader does not alter the data it receives through any connected provider thus, what you see is what you get from your provider. Here is a link that will shed some light on this.

I think your link explains quite well why there may be differences from the real time feed to when you re-load the chart with what has then become historical data.
What I still struggle to understand is how could it be that on same machine, same (24mb-19mb real) broadband, same contract, same parameters, same everything, I receive different tick reading (and therefore charts) from eSignal and from NT running at the same time.

Also, I guess that as long as I do not reload the NT chart, and I keep it going, the chart should not change, right? Or is there some sort of check/amend/re-load of data at certain times of the day? Or, probably put in another way, when is data checked/amended/reloaded?

There is no checking, ammendment and reloading unless invoked by the user.

Doesn't NT reload data if you switch between symbols on a chart?

For example, if you are view YM.. move to ER2 and then back to YM.
In my experience, NT will reload the whole days YM data .. overwriting the tick/tick collected data from earlier.

That is correct but I guess I thought that was obvious, thanks for pointing it out.
