How can we manage the order when connection is lost?

Hi.

Is there any strategy for canceling orders when the connection is lost? I mean, could we put an order with a command like this: "in 30 minutes, cancel the order"? so if the connection is lost, we are sure that in 30 minutes the order will be canceled?

Thank you for your post.

It would not be possible for NinjaTrader to send a command to cancel the order if the connection was lost. And there would not be an order type in NinjaTrader that cancels after a set duration.
