start / con problems

Hi, today i wanted to start Ninjatrader but just nothing happened. After some restarts, i uninstalled NT and did a new download.
Then i could start NT again, filled my accout connection again etc, but i don't get connection to Zenfire. I get connection to Kinetick but not to Zenfire...(please check your account or internet connections..says ninjatrader)

Hello,

Please remove and recreate the Zen-Fire connection:

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
