Chart data start time

I am having a problem with range, tick and renko charts, the data starts at 8:30 PST and I have it set to 24/7 hours when I change it to a minute chart all data show but when I switch it back to a tick or renko it is back to start time of 8:30.
I tried to repair and reset DB and still having the same problem?
Any other suggestion?

Does the session template change when you switch Bar Types?

Yes it does stays at 24/7, I also tried changing seesions over to CME Commodities ETH still same problem

I do a have a couple more questions.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center.

If you right click on the chart and select 'Reload all historical data' does this solve the issue?

connected to interactive brokers
reload historical data is greyed out cannot select also when I disconnect and reconnect to IB all other minute charts reload but not the renko and range charts

Thank you for the info.

Unfortunately, IB does not support historical tick data.

The Renko, Tick and Range are all tick charts. When you switch back to these charts you are not going to get any historical data from IB. You would only get data from when you first opened that chart.

If you want to receive historical tick data you will need to connect to a provider that offers it.
