metastock-text format

I downloaded data base for metastock written in text format .
It contains datum of EOD prices of stocks.I wanted it be used with ninjatrader
but I run into the buffers .
Capture 1 shows opening of the folder where i stored metastock datum that
are invisible for historical data manager.
Capture 2 shows the very content of the opened folder .
The question is why this content is not recognised by Ninjatader.
