Is there a portfolio analyzer in NT to analyze multiple strategies? Thanks.

NinjaTrader uses a Strategy analyzer which would allow you to backtest multiple strategies at a time by opening up different Strategy Analyzer windows. When one test is started, as it runs you can begin a new test in a new window.
You can also backtest the same strategy over an instrument list by selecting the list instead of the individual instrument. This could be done within the same Strategy analyzer window.
