Z-Order

I'm trying to adjust the z-order of a trend line I've drawn with the line tool (F2 key) so it's in front of the candles. When I highlight the line, hold the shift key down and rotate the mouse wheel, it says the line is level 83 of 82 and rotating the mouse wheel doesn't change anything. There are no indicators on the chart other than the bar timer (5 min chart), but each day I do add lines and text. The chart goes back 30 days.

What's wrong?

Hello Tiger,

This would just mean that their are other object on the chart like the lines and text that you mentioned. If you would like to move it in front of the Bars, you would just have to scroll down until it is on a level that is below (in front of) the Bars level. Note that "Level 1" is the top level and will be displayed in front.

Scrolling the wheel doesn't do anything. The level remains at 83 of 82.

Could you send me your log, trace, and workspace files for today so that I may look into this.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support. Be sure to check the Workspaces files at the bottom.

Please reference this thread number in the body of the email with ATTN: JC. Also let me know what workspace and chart that you are trying to change this on.
