cant cancel order

i am trying to cancel a limit order. i click X on the chart noting happens. i click on my control center Order tab, then right click order i want to cancel. then i choose cancel. it turns red for 1/2 second then back to green "working" already exit and reboot. im using Zen Fire connection. live trading

Thank you for your post.

First, if this is a live trade please contact your broker to manage the position.
Once you have closed the position with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.

• To repair your database please go to Tools -> Options -> Data -> and click Repair DB.

If this does not remove the order then the order will be removed when your broker resets their servers.
If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.

• To reset the sim101 account please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> and click Reset

called my broker. still shows on NT. wont remove. 6 years never had to call my broker. 5 months with NT had to call them twice. it seems the issues happen right after market close. last time it happened around this same time. different issue. lets hope future update fix bugs in the system.

Please make sure to repair the database as I mentioned. If the order remains, please check again after this evening's reset as it should be cleared during that reset.
