NT not loading QM crude data on pats

Hi all,

I am running 6.0 version 9. I connect via pats and also use esignal. I am having trouble loading the QM mini crude . I try to load a new chart and the data is not updating. The super dome also is blank. I trade the ES, ER, NQ ZG ZN ZB 6J 6E.
All of those open and update live, no problem. Bids and offers are all there and updating. The QM does not load. I called my broker (Fortis) and they tell me everything is fine on their end. I downloaded the 6.5 beta and tried to load the QM, same problem. I don't know what to do.

Can you check the log tab. Is there an error message? If so, please let me know.

The log tab says "Unable to subscribe to market depth data for instrument QM 04-08..

Harry,

Can you check on the Instrument Manager. Make sure you're connected and click on the 'Pats' button. This will give you a list of all instruments you are authorized for.

If the QM is not listed, you're not authorized to trade this contract and you need to contact your broker and have them add this instrument to the list.

Also, is April already the front month for the QM?

I checked the list and I am authorized. Also contacted them to confirm this.

Actually, March is still front month but that is not updating either.
