FXCM history do not load for all forex pairs

Hi, have anyone the same problem to load from FXCM data history into NT7? Daily format is ok and fast but when you need tick data like I it is impossible.

For some pairs like EUR.GBP I get only 2 days in the past and the other pairs are not loaded. Only EUR.USD is ok. I use NT7 with the last update 13 in 64bit.

I think about to buy kinetick but I saw on the Kinetick homepage, that Kinetick use also FXCM data streams. So why should I pay for Kinetick forex data (which are from FXCM) when I can use as a FXCM customer the fxcm data streams for free?

Thank you for your forum post.


Unfortunately as per our FXCM connection guide at this time Historical chart data, especially tick data, can be slow to load at times.

The Basic Kinetick Forex package includes live data for all the most popular pairs from FXCM.



The historical Forex data is provided by Kinetick which will alleviate the historical data situation you are currently experiencing as the historical data servers will be different when connecting to FXCM as opposed to Kinetick.
