It appears that many of these indicators may have been custom created (their titles are listed near the top of the chart image). I was able to find a version of an ATR Trailing Stop indicator provided by one of our partners however: http://www.ninjacators.com/products/atr-trailing-stop/

You might try contacting the author to see if he would be willing to share his source. Alternately these are things which could be created using custom programming.
