NT7 won't start - order issue

I'm using MB Trading. A new version of MBT Desktop Pro was available and I allowed the upgrade.

Now when I start NT7, I get an error that an order could not be processed, invalid route, NT7 will not start.

I opened up the new version of MBT Desktop Pro and cancelled an open order but still NT7 won't start.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for writing in to report the issue.

Please shut down NinjaTrader and the Navigator then install the 11.9.0.44 version of the MB Trading navigator using this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad....11.9.0.44.exe

Kyle, thanks for the quick response. I have the 11.9.0.44 version installed. I also started MBT Desktop Pro and cancelled the open conditional order but this did not help. I'm going to try removing Desktop Pro and see if that helps.

Any other thoughts?

If removing/reinstalling the navigator doesn't do the trick please contact my by email at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In that message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of the Config file that you'll find in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.

Removing Desktop Pro allows NT7 to start.

I may try reloading Desktop Pro tomorrow.
